Team and invitations

Team-member limits are enforced per plan when billing is enabled. The owner counts toward the limit.

Email verification and free seats

Email and password accounts receive a verification email on sign-up. You can resend it from Dashboard → Profile. Google sign-in is already verified.

When an account is at its team member limit, accepting an invitation that would add a new person is rejected. A person who already counts (membership or another pending invite under the same owner) can still accept, and only with a verified Firebase email that matches the address being stored. The email typed into the form is not trusted for that check. Unverified email and password accounts fail that free-seat path until they verify.

Invitations do not expire. Revoke a pending invite to free its seat.
